Caluco Limited Warranty

The following limited warranties are extended to the original residential use purchaser and does not apply to floor samples. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties supersede all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, leading to serious structural damage that is not covered by warranty. Caluco may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.

Aluminum Frames: 10-Year Limited Warranty

If the cast aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions, and falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean air, exposure to suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading or weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.

Woven Resin and Teak: 3-Year Limited Warranty

If the woven resin or teak furniture fails structurally (i.e., broken frame, welds or resin) or if the weave unravels or fades excessively under normal use or conditions and it falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco LLC extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all cushions will be free from material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective cushion. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.

Umbrella Frames Warranty: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Umbrella frames are guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. If a defect in the original material or workmanship appears during the warranty period, we will at company option, repair or replace the umbrella in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar style if it has been discontinued. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective umbrella. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Wind Damage is not covered under any umbrella warranty.

Component Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty

If a component part (glide, bolt, wheel, etc.) fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase, we will at company option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Note: We may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item under our general return policy with the exception of some custom made cushions/pillows, rush orders, and closeouts within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs both ways (this applies for free shipping items as well). A 25% restocking fee applies for all Caluco products.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your items when they are delivered. If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option with the shipping company to refuse delivery. Please document with the carrier the specific damages incurred to the product. Contact us by phone with details of the problem so that we may return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered upon delivery, we allow our customers 15 days to report any damage to us. You must submit your claim in writing with supporting photos. It takes up to 5 business days to review and accept your claim. After your claim has been approved we reserve the right to send replacement parts or completely replace the damaged item at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
