RICHEY INDUSTRIES, INC. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is given only to the original purchaser (the Buyer) of this new garden furniture (the Product). Richey Industries, Inc. warrants that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service as long as the Buyer owns the Product.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
- Damage caused by or resulting from shipping, product misuse, abuse, neglect, harmful chemicals, improper assembly or maintenance, or accidents.
- Normal weathering or wear and tear (Normal weathering is defined as exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather, including atmospheric pollution and acid rain, which may cause any surface to fade or change color, warp, crack, or acquire dirt or stains.
- Damage resulting from the modification of the Product from its original design.
- Damage to the finish of the Product.
- Damage resulting from the use of the Product for or in connection with a commercial purpose. (The Product is intended for personal, family or household purposes only.)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
- Keep a sales receipt, cancelled check, or payment record to verify your purchase .
- Maintain the Product in accordance with the specifications provided to you with the Product.
- Retain a photocopy of all information provided to Richey Industries in connection with a claimed defect in the Product.
CLAIMS PROCEDURE:
The duration of this warranty is limited to claims arising and made in writing to Richey Industries during the period that Buyer owns the Product. To report a warranty claim, the Buyer must either call the telephone number below or send a letter or email to the address below. The Buyer must also provide proof of purchase, a photograph of the defective Product, and an explanation of the claimed defect. Richey Industries retains the right to inspect the Product, and the Buyer must reasonably cooperate with Richey Industries with respect to verifying the Buyers warranty claim. In the event that a warranted defect is discovered, Richey Industries will either repair or replace the Product, or replace the defective part or portion of the Product, at the option of Richey Industries. Richey Industries reserves the right to discontinue or make changes to the Product. If a Product covered by this warranty is not available, Richey Industries will have the right to substitute a product, that in Richey Industries sole discretion, is of equal or greater quality and similar appearance.
Any Product returned to Richey Industries without prior written authorization will not be accepted, and Buyer must pay the shipping costs.
This warranty extends only to the Buyer of the Product; this warranty will automatically terminate upon any sale or transfer of the Product by the Buyer.
IN NO EVENT WILL RICHEY INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF BUYER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item under our general return policy with the exception of some custom made cushions/pillows, rush orders, and closeouts within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs both ways (this applies for free shipping items as well).
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items when they are delivered. If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option with the shipping company to refuse delivery. Please document with the carrier the specific damages incurred to the product. Contact us by phone with details of the problem so that we may return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered upon delivery, we allow our customers 15 days to report any damage to us. You must submit your claim in writing with supporting photos. It takes up to 5 business days to review and accept your claim. After your claim has been approved we reserve the right to send replacement parts or completely replace the damaged item at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
