Lloyd/Flanders Warranty
This residential use only warranty covers all defect in workmanship or materials of your Lloyd/Flanders product for the original owner for a period of 3 years for frames and finishes. A separate 1 year warranty covers all fabric and cushions. All warranty coverage begins with the original retail purchase date
Proper maintenance of your product is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to the owners annual inspection of the frames and touch-up of any minor damage to the product. It is important to note you should not store your furniture upside down as it will allow water in to the frames. This warranty is voided if there are indications of abuse or neglect to the furniture
For service under this warranty contact your Lloyd/Flanders retailer from which you purchased the product. Your retailer will require the proof of purchase receipt including date of purchase. They will also request that you provide photos of the product to submit to Lloyd/Flanders.
Lloyd/Flanders will review your warranty claim and determine the most appropriate corrective action. They will repair/replace any part of the product or the entire product at our sole discretion if it is determined that the product is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be at no charge to you. Freight to and from the factory will be paid by Lloyd/Flanders. A representative may visit to inspect the product as part of the review process.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item under our general return policy with the exception of some custom made cushions/pillows, rush orders, and closeouts within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs both ways (this applies for free shipping items as well). An Aditional 25% restocking fee applies on orders over $5,000.00 for Lloyd/Flanders products.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items when they are delivered. If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option with the shipping company to refuse delivery. Please document with the carrier the specific damages incurred to the product. Contact us by phone with details of the problem so that we may return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered upon delivery, we allow our customers 15 days to report any damage to us. You must submit your claim in writing with supporting photos. It takes up to 5 business days to review and accept your claim. After your claim has been approved we reserve the right to send replacement parts or completely replace the damaged item at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
