Uwharrie Chair Company Warranty
LIMITED LIFETIME RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY (30 YEAR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY)
The Pressure Treated Pine and Premium Uwharrie Polymer used in Uwharrie Chair products are warranted against termites and decay when used in normal environmental conditions. The Premium Uwharrie Polymer is also warranted against cracking when used in normal environmental conditions. The hardware is warranted against corrosion due to exposure to normal environmental conditions. The original consumer is entitled to receive new wood and polymer parts for damage to rot or termites. The original consumer is entitled to receive new polymer parts for cracking. The original consumer is also entitled to replacement hardware if any screws or bolts experience corrosion under normal environmental conditions. There is no warranty for cushions
- In rare instances it will be necessary to issue an allowance for defective merchandise. In granting these allowances, the following points will be considered:
a. Pressure treated southern yellow pine was developed for all-season outdoor use and is designed to resist insect infestation and rot even with ground contact. It should be understood by the Dealer and end user that it is natural and expected for Uwharrie products to crack, weather check, lose some finish treatment and warp slightly. These factors alone do not constitute a reason to reject the product or accrue an allowance, because they rarely compromise the structural integrity of the furniture.
b. PremiereAdirondackChairs.com will assist the customer in getting shipped any required replacement parts and will assist the customer over the phone on how to replace/repair parts if necessary. - Defective merchandise authorized to be returned to the factory for repair or replacement can be shipped by dealer freight collect via a carrier specified by the factory only. Replacement or repaired items will be shipped freight prepaid.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item under our general return policy with the exception of some custom made cushions/pillows, rush orders, and closeouts within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs both ways (this applies for free shipping items as well). An additional 25% restocking fee applies on orders over $5,000.00 for Uwharrie Company Chair products.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items when they are delivered. If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option with the shipping company to refuse delivery. Please document with the carrier the specific damages incurred to the product. Contact us by phone with details of the problem so that we may return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered upon delivery, we allow our customers 15 days to report any damage to us. You must submit your claim in writing with supporting photos. It takes up to 5 business days to review and accept your claim. After your claim has been approved we reserve the right to send replacement parts or completely replace the damaged item at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
