High Density Eucalyptus (or also known as Shorea) is the premium grade of solid Eucalyptus Gradis hardwood, grown in 100 % well managed forests in Brazil, certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). There is little difference between Shorea and Teak when broken down to their core essence. The biggest attribute of Shorea is undoubtedly the strength of the timber. It's renowned for its excellent resistance to every day wear and tear. It is extremely durable and tightly grained to produce a desirable density. It remains unaffected by all variations in weather, especially its resistance to damp conditions makes itself extremely competent at combating insect attacks and decay. FSC Shorea is pre-treated, expertly kiln-dried, extremely durable for outdoor/indoor use. It is also mold, mildew, fungi, termites, rot and decay resistant.

VIFAH Warranty

VIFAH warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our product and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, VIFAH will, at VIFAH's option, repair or replace the furniture free of charge. Defects, as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture product.

Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. This warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly, 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, 3) normal wear and tear due to age, and 4) labor or assembly costs.

All VIFAH warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use.

In no event shall VIFAH be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages promptly to PremiereAdirondackChairs.com and we will log a damage claim on your behalf with VIFAH. Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Save damaged cartons until advised by VIFAH or claim is resolved. All damage claims MUST be authorized by the VIFAH, you will be notified when your return authorization is approved and arrange for pickup or repair of any damaged merchandise.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item under our general return policy with the exception of some custom made cushions/pillows, rush orders, and closeouts within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs both ways (this applies for free shipping items as well).

Damaged Items

Please inspect your items when they are delivered. If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option with the shipping company to refuse delivery. Please document with the carrier the specific damages incurred to the product. Contact us by phone with details of the problem so that we may return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered upon delivery, we allow our customers 15 days to report any damage to us. You must submit your claim in writing with supporting photos. It takes up to 5 business days to review and accept your claim. After your claim has been approved we reserve the right to send replacement parts or completely replace the damaged item at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
